What Are Some Benefits?

This whole-body exercise program aims to strengthen, stabilise, release, and lengthen the body. With a particular emphasis on breathing, core engagement, spinal and pelvic alignment, those who practise Pilates often experience increased strength and flexibility, improved coordination and balance, and a heightened mind-body connection.

Mat Classes

Our clinic provides weekly Mat Pilates classes every Tuesday at 2:15 pm for one hour. These classes are conducted in small, intimate groups of six, ensuring you receive personalised attention from our skilled instructor, Narelle.

During each session, Narelle will guide participants through exercises that help strengthen, lengthen, mobilise, and stabilise the body. Small equipment such as foam rollers, resistance bands, and Pilates balls will be used to add variety and challenge to our routines, ensuring that you experience the full benefits of this mind-body program.
